Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
Gift cards
Downloadable digital products.
Personal care items (such as oils or roll-ons) once opened or used.
Services already rendered (e.g., massage or kinesiology sessions).
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 working days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, send us an email at [yona.blackman1@gmail.com].
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item was received damaged or in error.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Appointment Cancellations
We understand that schedules change. Here’s how to adjust your appointment respectfully:
Notice Required
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee, unless it’s an emergency.
No-Shows
Missing your appointment without notice may result in a full charge for the session.
